Nutrition, nourishment, or aliment, is the supply of materials - food - required by organisms and cells to stay alive. In science and human medicine, nutrition is the science or practice of consuming and utilizing foods.
Nutritionist can help in many areas such as weight loss, eating for energy and optimal health, childhood nutrition and healthy and wholesome eating for a healthy lifestyle and disease prevention through all stages of life.
Nutritionists work with individuals or groups to plan healthy diets.  In addition to helping patients plan meals, nutritionists provide nutrition monitoring and make any necessary changes to the plans.  They are also responsible for keeping track of each patient's progress.  We often work one-on-one with patients who face specific health concerns, such as diabetes.  
There are many reasons someone would need to see a nutritionist, the most common reasons are:

Jaana is a qualified Nutritionist and registered pharmacist in Australia.  She is also a food blogger and healthy recipe developer. 

Jaana has a diploma in food science, a bachelor’s degree in nutrition & food science and a masters degree in Pharmacy plus 9 years of study teamed with knowledge and practice in the field of nutrition and health. 

One of her many passions are educating people about healthy and wholesome eating for a healthy lifestyle and disease prevention through all stages of life.
