Alexander Technique Practitioner ATI (Certified Teaching Member), STAT (Certificate of Qualification), CUHK (Musculoskeletal Anatomy & Human Physiology in Sports Medicine)

Anna is a certified Alexander Technique practitioner with a passion for helping clients break free from persistent pain cycles. Having overcome two episodes of tendinitis as a pianist, she understands firsthand how chronic tension develops, how it keeps coming back, and what it takes to move past it for good.

With extensive experience working with musicians, office workers, and new mothers, Anna combines movement analysis, gentle hands-on guidance, movement re-education, and practical day-to-day changes to create lasting results, not just temporary.

Anna has a special interest in persistent upper limb, back, neck, and shoulder pain, providing realistic approaches to rehabilitation and movement re-education for those who feel stuck in a cycle of recurring discomfort.

Anna is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
