During your pregnancy a duo consisting of an Osteopath and a Women's Health Physio will work together to optimise pelvic alignment for a strain-free pregnancy, labour and delivery, provide relief for pregnancy related ailments. This combo will improve your overall musculo-skeletal balance, strengthen your back and make you feel more aligned.
This Prenatal Package includes:
1 x 45min consultation with an Osteopath to assess pelvic biomechanics and spine, ensure structure mobility for optimal delivery. This will include treating ailments, such as heartburn, shortness of breath, back pain, neck pain or any muscular-skeletal discomfort
1 x 45min consultation with a Women's Health Physio assessing overall balance and weakness to optimise your pregnancy and delivery by focusing on assessing and treating any muscular and articular tensions.
