​Juhi holds an MScSoc in Counselling from HKU and an M.A. from Columbia University in International Education and Organizational Psychology. ​
​
As a Counsellor, Juhi is a compassionate, client-centered therapist who uses evidence-based therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). to help clients navigate life's challenges. She is dedicated to fostering resilience and personal growth by tailoring her approach to each client's unique needs.
Juhi brings over two decades of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Psychology to her counselling practice. Her approach addresses the complex dynamics of workplace stress, family systems and life transitions, helping clients find well-being in both their personal and professional lives.

Born and raised in the United States, she has also lived in Spain and now resides in Hong Kong. This global perspective allows her to support clients from diverse backgrounds with cultural sensitivity and inclusivity, as they navigate cultural transitions, identity development, and cross-cultural challenges.​
