Stretching improves blood flow to the muscles and tissues, which can aid in recovery and overall muscle health.
Passive Stretch Therapy offers a range of physical benefits, including:

-
Increased Flexibility
Regular stretching improves the range of motion in muscles and joints, helping you move more freely.

-
Improved Posture
Stretching helps to lengthen tight muscles and realign your body, which can improve posture and reduce slouching or stiffness.

-
Reduced Muscle Tension
Stretching can help relax tight muscles, alleviate tension, and prevent muscle stiffness, which is especially beneficial after a workout or long periods of sitting.

-
Injury Prevention
By increasing flexibility and improving muscle balance, stretch therapy reduces the risk of strains, sprains, and other injuries.

-
Enhanced Blood Circulation
Stretching improves blood flow to the muscles and tissues, which can aid in recovery and overall muscle health.

-
Stress Relief
Stretching triggers the relaxation response in the body, helping to lower cortisol levels (the stress hormone) and promote a sense of calm.
